Who is a Bank PO?


Generally speaking, a Bank Probationary Officer (PO) is referred to as Management Trainee (MT). After getting selected through recruitment drive (IBPS PO Exam), the selected candidates have to go through highly competitive and intensive training. The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), a self-governing body that conducts examinations for recruitment for several posts in several public sector banks, which also includes IBPS PO exam. This competitive examination is a 3 phased examination.
